FLS is offering the industry a free video that helps consumers understand the benefits of a short sale. This video can be used on your website free of charge for 90 days, is easy to install, and plays without any "pop-ups or pop-overs"...enhancing your web page by engaging your consumer while keeping them on your website.

What is technically required? The video is hosted by FLS, so if your webmaster can install a banner ad, then you can have the video playing within minutes.

The video is available in an easily installed player in one of the three sizes below.

By installing the video player you agree to the terms of use as described herein.  FLS is providing to Licensee a limited license to use the video to through the Interactive Video Solutions (IVS) provided by FLS.  Video can be accessed and streamed on an unlimited basis through July 15th, 2010.   Video will be delivered through customized Interactive Video Solution (IVS) provided by FLS.  Title and ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the IVS will at all times remain the property of FLS. Licensee agrees not to remove or obliterate any copyright, trademark or right notices of FLS to the IVS.  Licensee further agrees not to steal, alter or reverse engineer any content, part, or feature of the IVS, nor shall Licensee, under any circumstances, be allowed to copy the video content contained in the IVS, which would make the video usable in any other format other than within the IVS.  Nothwithstanding the foregoing, during the term of this Agreement, Licensee is free to use the IVS and the videos comprised therein, on any Web property that Licensee owns or operates.
